LETTER TEMPLATESLetters are a very important part of communications when dealing with the CSA. Although there are times when phone contact with the CSA is the better option, writing to the Agency is often the best way to get a answer to your question.
NACSA recommends that when dealing with the majority of CSA related issues it is often better to send a letter, but if phone contact is necessary be sure to confirm any agreement, or discussion in writing. We strongly recommend that ALL written contact is made by recorded delivery and copies of the letter, together with the postal receipts are kept at all times.
Below are links to specially created letters that subscribers may find useful. Letter to CSA Data Protection Dept. to obtain copies of your computer/clerical files.
