Full Case Audit

In so many cases, clients are faced with dire situations which have arisen through years of failed communications between parent and the Agency.    In some cases, clients have had little or no contact from the Agency for many many years, only to be now threatened with court action, and possible imprisonment.

Some of these cases date back a number of years, and have become more and more complicated as time has passed, as cases become encompassed in a cycle of erratic communication and no solutions found.

Any client faced with this situation is advised to make a request for their Data Protection files (a draft letter is available on our Letter Templates link).  The Data Protection files provides a history of all activities that have taken place on the account and how the case has arrived in the current situation.  However the files are often coded and can be difficult to decipher.

Our Full Case Audit support package allows one of our team to study your Data Protection files and make a full detailed report of the history of the case, identifying why certain actions or decisions were made, and more importantly where actions remain outstanding.  Any areas of concern, or where further investigation is required will be highlighted in clear easy to understand detail with guidance on how to address any issue raised.
