Children and Family Contact Advice Services

NACSA offers affordable support and guidance to Parents with Care and Non Resident Parents,  in all aspects of the UK Child Support legislation now administered by Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission or CMEC.  Our specialism is the Child Support Act.

We appreciate that many parents suffer other anxieties surrounding issues such as access to the children, but we have no expertise in such matters and would have to encourage clients to seek appropriate support from the number of  groups that are available.

One such group is Children and Family Contact Advice Service, who offer services similiar to our own, but focusing specifically on the issues surrounding access and residency rights.  The site owner has many years personal experience in dealing with these matters, and offers support by email or telephone.  Assistance is provided for preparation for court appearances, and the completion of any court applications.
