Face to Face interview (upto 2hrs) £60
You can meet with one of our consultants to discuss the issues on your case and allow us to check your paperwork and identify any aspects that may need further investigation.
Whichever Option You Chose:
You will benefit from being able to discuss any concerns you may have with your case. We will explain how best to proceed with resolving those issues, and whether you would benefit from any additional support package that we offer to achieve an appropriate outcome.

Why Choose Us?
There are a number of sites that offer free support, including the highly publicised CM OPTIONS.
CM OPTIONS is a government funded site which is designed to offer newly separated clients their options for arranging child support. It cannot assist clients who are dealing with difficulties created by the CSA. Other free service sites offer web based forum support, which again has restrictions in terms of 'hands on' assistance.
NACSA have helped both Parents with Care and Non Resident Parents since the Child Support Agency's creation in 1993. We also provide advice and guidance to many solicitors, CAB centres, MPs and Ministers, and Debt Counselling Agencies. Our Senior Consultant is also a member of the CSA committee of Resolution, a collaborative group of Family Law Solicitors and Advocates that campaign for a better system of Child Support.
We focus only on the Child Support legislation and have a wealth of experience and knowledge of this particularly difficult legislation. NACSA does not shy away from the complexity of the law, working from straight forward cases to some of the most difficult cases that have been ongoing for years. We cannot change the law, but we can ensure that it is applied appropriately.

We cannot help parents to evade maintenance, or break the law.
Representation?
We acknowledge that some people are often too anxious or distraught to deal with the activities of the CSA, others are just busy with their own commitments to attend to CSA demands. So why not let us do it for you. We offer, at competitive rates a Full Representation Service, whereby you authorise NACSA to deal with the CSA on your behalf. This allows all future contact from CSA to be made directly to us, relieving you of the pressure and anxiety.
