Paperwork Support: from £120
Have letters from CMS caused confusion? Or not answered your complaint? Do you have an appeal or variation form that needs completing? If so, then our Paperwork Support service is for you!
As many child support decisions are subject to strict time frames for any dispute raised, it is important to make sense of letters and what action you need to take when those letters arrive. Our consultants will study your relevant documents*, and will arrange a mutually convenient time to discuss what actions are necessary to put the case in order or how to submit an application to HM Courts and Tribunals.

Personal Consultation: from £120 (2hr)
For the foreseeable future these will be carried out by video link or telephone call.
If you prefer to speak to someone face to face, that's no problem. We offer a 2 hour personal consultation which takes place at our offices in the West Midlands. The consultation will allow you to discuss your case in detail with one of our team, and a bespoke action plan will be discussed.
This is a popular service - and we rarely have short notice appointments available. If you wish to book an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Dealing with CMS and its complex rules can be challenging, so why not let the experts take over!
