You will receive login details for our Client Gateway where you can complete our simple form with a brief outline of your enquiry, your contact details and whether you prefer a telephone call, in person meeting or by video*. Once we have reviewed your contact form and assigned you to the most appropriate consultant, you will have access to our diary where you can book a consultation at a time that is convenient for you.

Your consultant will contact you at the scheduled time to discuss your case and the concerns you have. We will use straight forward language to help you understand the decisions made, and why they were made. We will discuss any actions and timescales that may be needed to resolve any outstanding matters.

We understand some people may prefer not to use the Client Gateway for contacting us, which is absolutely fine. Just call us and we can organise this directly over the telephone.
